Refund and Exchnage Policy

We have Return and Exchange policy

Terms and conditions for refund and exchange 

1. The item must be packaged in original packaging.

2. Final Layer packaging should not be broken or torn unless the product is faulty. 

3. Both return and exchange must be notified to us within 72 hours of receiving it.  If 72 hours are over we are not obliged to return or exchnage the items. 

4. Discounted products can't be returned or exchnaged. 

5. If there is a faulty product we will bear the second time delivery cost, exoect of that all over delivery cost will be beared by Customer.

6. There are no refund of the delivery charge.

7. Once the returned or exhcnage prodcut reaches us, the adjuting amount will be sent within 7 days, given that the customers have shared the refund account details earlier.
